    Caregiver Note: Children in care often do not have knowledge of a date to return home and can relate to the Pevensies’ restlessness and homesickness. Even if they know why they are in foster care children will still long for their home and family of origin. Caregivers should be sensitive to how their children respond to this separation from the familiar and help support children in need, whether that be with talking through the hard things or providing structured activity to help pass the time more comfortably.
