You will not only be able to take advantage of their amusement park wisdom but they will be right with you to give you their pro tips and suggestions for successfully navigating the day without trauma-induced behaviors hijacking all the good times. The best part is that you will be able to take what you learn from the guide and apply it to the rest of your trip. 

What happens after I buy this service?
Please be sure a working e-mail is included in your order. Once you have placed your order someone will contact you via email within 72 hours to learn about tentative dates of your trip and other information. We will be staying in communication with you until your arrival via email.

What can the guide do?
Our guides can help your family quickly navigate the parks. They will be able to do things such as help your family quickly locate quiet and cool areas needed for rest or de-escalating situations. They can provide needed support and encouragement while you parent your special needs child. They will be able to offer seasoned trauma-informed tips for handling various situations to assure you have a successful trip.

What can the guide not do?
While our guides can provide a helping, watchful eye, parents/guardians are still expected to be in charge of children through the duration of the day. While some of our guides may have psychology or counseling education, they will not be allowed to administer professional therapeutic practices and they will not be allowed to administer medications.

Can I Do Multiple Days?
Yes. Simply purchase this product/service for the number of days you are requiring. If you need a guide more than 4 days, please contact us via email so we can get more information for a customized plan: [email protected].

Can I get a guide for more than one park?
Yes. Our guides may join you at multiple Universal parks for one day or multiple Disney parks for a day. They will not be able to do both Disney & Universal resorts in one day. We strongly suggest that you only enjoy one park per day.

What if I have to cancel my trip?
We get it better than most that things come up. Cancellations that are made earlier than 4 weeks from the time you need our guide will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations that are made 4 weeks or closer to the date of the scheduled day will be eligible for a 50% discount.
