Transfiguring Adoption’s Thoughts:
This book has been created to serve foster families. It would seem that the book best targets children from ages 4 – 9 years old. However, as the book does explain the foster care situation on a child’s level, caregivers may find that older pre-teens and teenagers would benefit from experiencing this title. There is a corresponding activity book that caregivers can purchase separately to go along with this book.
It should also be noted that the author Adam Robe was also a foster child.
