From the Cover of I Promise by Emmalee Shubert:

I Promise is a book to help foster parents and newly placed foster children discuss what to expect as they begin a new chapter in life together. Being removed from all that you know and placed in a new home may come with many big emotions. I hope this book can be used as a tool to open discussion between foster parents and children to make everyone more comfortable.”
